Dr. Barman's dental wood stick is slim and easy to insert between teeth. Moisten the wood stick in the mouth before use in order to make it soft and pliable. Use gentle movements. Dentists recommend interdental cleaning daily, preferable before bedtime. Wood sticks soften when moistened and are therefore more gentle to gum line than most plastic sticks.
